Sensitive documents are exchanged through a secure upload link rather than email attachments. Access to client files is limited to what's needed to complete your engagement.
As an IRS Enrolled Agent, Arita Sheremeti is bound by IRS Circular 230 and applicable federal law governing the confidentiality of taxpayer information, including restrictions on the use and disclosure of tax return information under IRC §7216.
We may use third-party tools for scheduling, secure document exchange, or e-signature. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.
